Technical and Project Engineering is seeking a Senior Analyst to support CAC G-8 Resource Management at Fort Leavenworth, providing senior leaders with data-driven analysis of organizational and mission requirements, resources, and priorities.

The role translates validated requirements into quantitative resource needs, analyzes complex financial data, and develops actionable recommendations within the PPBE framework.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, data science, or related field.
• Army experience or related finance/resource management background.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis.
• Experience translating validated requirements into quantifiable resource needs.
• Experience with financial models, trend analyses, and funding needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leadership briefings.
