ResMed is looking for an FP&A Analytics professional to enhance reporting and analysis capabilities. This role involves building reports, providing technical support, and developing dashboards using tools like Anaplan XL and Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a strong finance background, excellent communication skills, and experience with OLAP tools.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is an insight-driven, forward-looking function focused on enterprise forecasting, reporting, and direct business support and partnership. We are a connected and empowered team of energetic, passionate, insightful, and patient-focused financial experts shaping the future of healthcare.
The FP&A Analytics team is a key support function embedded within the global FP&A team, seeking to deliver ResMed Finance’s strategic vision of becoming a digitally driven team, where we provide forward-looking insight, agile service, and transparent financial management. This team helps ResMed’s FP&A team enable better, faster decision-making through insight and transparency, as well as drive new digitally enabled ways of working.
This role will focus on FP&A’s primary reporting and analysis tool, Atoti, used alongside a front-end client tool, Anaplan XL. This tool allows our FP&A team and other finance team members to perform ad-hoc analysis, create dynamic reports, and offers extensive features and customization. Your role will be to help them maximize the tool’s capabilities. As this role involves internal customer interaction, you should be comfortable engaging with FP&A leadership and other functions.

Compensation is based on various factors including location, experience, and skills, with an estimated range of USD 82,000 to 124,000 annually.
