Invenergy is seeking a Senior Analyst, Renewable Development to support utility-scale wind and solar project development across the United States. The role includes creating documents, budgets, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration within a growing organization.

The position requires at least a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in renewable/clean energy. hybrid work schedule applies, with in-office Mon-Thu and remote Fridays when possible, plus a base pay of 72,000–88,000 USD annually

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years of renewable/clean energy experience or relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint).
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in business or engineering.
• 2+ years in renewable/clean energy.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking; problem solving.
• Professional, confidential, team-oriented.

• Ability to multi-task and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Create documents and presentations.
• Prepare budgets, meeting agendas, and notes.
• Assist with identifying development prospects and attend meetings.
• Handle confidential data and sensitive information.
• Track department KPIs and suggest improvements.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate errors and improve processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to document requirements.
• Use project management to develop and implement processes.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
