Costello Medical in Boston is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support scientific projects across Medical Communications, Market Access, Evidence Development, and Rare Diseases. You will handle administrative tasks, coordinate timelines, and assist with client communications to ensure high-quality delivery.

This full-time, permanent role offers hybrid work (up to 50% from home), a starting salary of $60,000 with a $1,000 step for master’s holders, comprehensive benefits, and funded

Qualifications

• A degree level or equivalent qualification in a scientific discipline (minimum GPA 3.3).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional written English and effective verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Formatting, quality control of scientific documents and reviews.
• Assist Project Managers with client communications and progress reporting.
• Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual events and meetings.
• Manage project timelines in collaboration with the project manager.
• Schedule meetings and record minutes.
• Develop planning tools to boost team productivity.
• Support referencing of scientific materials and data extraction.
• Liaise with external agencies to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Oversee budgeting and invoicing within the project management system.
• Organize monthly team meetings and internal activities.
