Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Program Management to support portfolio management for the Product Construction organization. You will deliver data analytics, insights, reporting, AI enablement, and tool governance for Newbuild, Destination, and Dry Dock portfolios.

You will partner with program managers, analysts, and finance to identify trends, surface risks, track milestones, and provide leadership-ready reporting to improve visibility and decision-making.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in portfolio management, program reporting, data analytics, business analysis, or related IT delivery functions.
• Experience supporting cross-functional portfolios in a fast-paced technology, hospitality, construction, shipboard, destination, or infrastructure delivery environment.
• Strong ability to convert data into insights, executive narratives, visual reporting, and recommendations for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve portfolio reporting across Product Construction groups.
• Prepare accurate status views, dashboards, risk summaries, and executive‑ready reporting.
• Ensure data inputs and definitions are applied consistently across programs.
