Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Program Management to support portfolio management for the Product Construction organization. You will deliver data analytics, insights, reporting, AI enablement, and tool governance for Newbuild, Destination, and Dry Dock portfolios.

You will partner with program managers, analysts, and finance to identify trends, surface risks, track milestones, and provide leadership-ready reporting to improve visibility and decision-making.

Qualifications

Position Summary:

Senior Analyst, Mission Control supports portfolio management for the Product Construction organization by delivering data analytics, insights, reporting, AI enablement, and tool governance needed to manage work across Newbuild, Destination, and Dry Dock portfolios. The role reports to the Program Manager, Mission Control and serves as a central analytical partner for program and project teams, converting portfolio data into actionable intelligence that improves visibility, prioritization, delivery confidence, and executive decision-making.

The Senior Analyst works across all Product Construction groups to maintain portfolio reporting standards, develop performance insights, support AI-enabled analysis, improve tool adoption, and ensure consistent data quality across programs. This role partners with program managers, project managers, analysts, product teams, finance partners, and delivery leaders to identify portfolio trends, surface risks and dependencies, track progress against key milestones, and provide clear reporting for leadership review.

The role is responsible for strengthening the Mission Control operating model by building repeatable reporting processes, supporting portfolio governance routines, improving how teams use data to manage delivery, and helping align portfolio‑level insights with business outcomes. The Senior Analyst also contributes to continuous improvement efforts that modernize reporting, expand analytics capability, and increase the effective use of automation and AI across the Product Construction delivery lifecycle.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Portfolio Reporting and Governance

• Develop, maintain, and improve portfolio reporting across Newbuild, Destination, and Dry Dock product construction groups.
• Support Mission Control governance routines by preparing accurate status views, portfolio dashboards, risk summaries, dependency tracking, and executive‑ready reporting.
• Ensure reporting standards, definitions, and data inputs are applied consistently across programs and project teams.

Data Analytics and Insights

• Analyze portfolio data to identify trends, risks, delivery blockers, resource constraints, financial indicators, and opportunities for corrective action.
• Translate complex data into clear insights, narratives, and recommendations for program managers, delivery leaders, and executive stakeholders.
• Define and monitor performance indicators that improve portfolio visibility, predictability, and delivery accountability.

AI, Automation, and Tools Enablement

• Support the adoption of AI‑enabled capabilities, automation, and reporting tools that improve portfolio management efficiency and decision quality.
• Partner with teams to improve data capture, dashboard usability, reporting workflows, and tool discipline across the Product Construction portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual reporting effort through standardized templates, automated data flows, and repeatable analytical processes.
• Support program and project teams across Newbuild, Destination, and Dry Dock with reporting, data analysis, portfolio reviews, and leadership readouts.
• Act as a liaison between Mission Control, product construction teams, finance partners, and delivery stakeholders to align portfolio data with business priorities.
• Prepare materials that support decision‑making, escalation management, prioritization discussions, and executive action tracking.
• Improve portfolio reporting processes, data governance practices, and delivery management routines.
• Document reporting standards, dashboard requirements, analytical methods, and tool usage guidance for repeatable adoption across teams.
• Contribute to Mission Control process maturity by identifying gaps, proposing improvements, and helping implement scalable operating practices.

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of professional experience in portfolio management, program reporting, data analytics, business analysis, project controls, or related IT delivery functions.
• Experience supporting complex, cross‑functional portfolios in a fast‑paced technology, hospitality, construction, shipboard, destination, or infrastructure delivery environment.
• Strong ability to convert data into insights, executive narratives, visual reporting, and recommendations that support portfolio governance and leadership decision‑making.
• Proven analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to use metrics, trends, and portfolio data to identify risks, dependencies, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills and Abilities:

• Experience with portfolio reporting, program governance, project controls, performance dashboards, and executive status materials.
• Strong proficiency with data analytics, visualization, reporting, and productivity tools used to manage portfolio performance and delivery insights.
• Ability to support AI‑enabled analysis, automation, and digital tools that improve reporting efficiency, insight generation, and decision support.
• Ability to interpret complex portfolio data and communicate insights clearly to technical, non‑technical, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating with program managers, project managers, analysts, product teams, finance partners, and delivery stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project delivery lifecycles, milestone tracking, risk and issue management, dependency management, and executive action tracking.
• Ability to build repeatable reporting processes, maintain data quality, document standards, and drive consistent tool adoption across teams.
• Experience supporting IT infrastructure, product construction, shipboard, destination, newbuild, or dry dock delivery environments preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop concise executive summaries, portfolio views, and recommendation‑based reporting.

Certifications:

PMP, PMI-PBA, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, data analytics, business intelligence, or AI‑related certifications are preferred.

• Support portfolio-level financial visibility through reporting, trend analysis, and coordination with program, project, and finance stakeholders.
• Maintain reporting views that track budget status, forecast indicators, funding needs, purchase decision points, and cost-related risks across Product Construction portfolios.
• Provide analytical support to help identify financial variances, delivery impacts, resource constraints, and optimization opportunities.
• Assist Mission Control and program leadership with consistent reporting of portfolio health, prioritization impacts, and executive action items.
• Promote disciplined data capture and reporting practices that improve transparency across Newbuild, Destination, and Dry Dock portfolios.
• Support efficient utilization of portfolio management tools, dashboards, and reporting processes to improve planning and execution visibility.

Physical Demands:

While performing job functions the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, write, review and type reports, compile data, operate a pc, communicate, listen, and assess information. The employee may move about the office complex, may travel to other office locations and may lift, push, pull or move 10 to 15 pounds. Visual requirements include distant, close and color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of the job. The environment includes work inside/outside the office, travel to other offices, possibly travel domestic and international, and work in shipboard functions. A high noise level is possible if visiting shipboard or offsite locations.

The role will be required to travel internationally approximately 20% of the time in the field, this could include shipyard, ships or new destinations where the work environment is a heavy construction site where they will be exposed to conditions including noise levels, dust, fumes from paints or sealers, cold or hot temperatures that are distracting and uncomfortable.
