Job summary

Toyota is seeking a Senior Analyst for the North American Corporate Security & Emergency Management Department to plan, coordinate, and execute physical security technology projects across North American operations.

The ideal candidate brings strong project management, construction knowledge, and expertise with physical security systems to improve security, reliability, and operational readiness while supporting Kaizen. Willingness to travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, physical security technology, construction, facility infrastructure, low-voltage systems, or related project delivery environments.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex projects end to end lifecycle (planning, execution, implementation and closeout).
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, electrical, low-voltage, security, and related construction drawings and documents.
• Working knowledge of physical security systems including access control, video management systems, low-voltage infrastructure, and related interfaces.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with construction teams, partners, vendors, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage physical security technology projects across Toyota sites, including new builds and retrofits.
• Develop project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and milestones throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with site leaders, security, facilities, engineering, and vendors to align activities with standards and schedules.
• Review drawings and specifications to identify_requirements and constructability concerns.
• Coordinate integrators, contractors, and service providers and track performance, cost, schedule, and quality.
• Support fire protection projects and conduct root cause analyses to implement corrective actions.
