Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in data analytics, healthcare analytics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of direct experience analyzing medical claims data.
• Experience with Medicare Part D, Medicaid, Marketplace, or state regulatory reporting.
• Experience with pharmacy claims data and PBM-related processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, update, and execute CMS-required regulatory reporting related to pharmacy benefit management.
• Translate CMS requirements and approved reporting methodologies into reliable technical solutions.
• Standardize and automate recurring reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve scalability.
• Collaborate with Government Programs and SMEs to translate CMS guidance into actionable deliverables.
• Maintain reporting documentation and reusable code templates to support continuity.
