With 3+ years in data analytics and expertise in PBM, healthcare, and SQL, you will drive data-driven decisions while ensuring data quality and governance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in PBM, health plans, healthcare, or Medicare.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, with strong coding hygiene and documentation practices.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau.
• Knowledge of data engineering fundamentals and cloud-based data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics projects, collaborating with stakeholders to develop and deliver reporting solutions and insights.
• Produce strategic insights on program performance, compliance, utilization trends, and financial projections.
• Ensure data integrity by documenting query logic, methodologies, and key assumptions.
