Job summary

The Aspen Group in Chicago, IL is seeking a Senior Analyst to own patient financing analytics reporting and partner with senior leadership to shape strategy. This role sits at the intersection of data and strategy, requiring you to pull and validate metrics and present insights that connect financing trends to sales and overall business performance.

You will build and maintain dashboards, write SQL queries, and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of analytics or BI experience.
• Experience with SQL and at least one BI tool (Tableau or Power BI).
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Healthcare/financing data experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own financing reporting end-to-end from data pull to final deliverable.
• Interpret trends in financing and loan performance to inform leadership.
• Develop dashboards in Tableau and Power BI that tell a story.
• Write and troubleshoot SQL queries and ensure data quality.
• Present findings to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
