Job summary

The Aspen Group is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to develop pricing, promotions, reporting, and analytical solutions for revenue management. This role will partner with pricing and BI teams to drive strategy, test design, and performance measurement across bundles, membership economics, and pricing governance.

You will build foundational reporting, dashboards, and analyses, communicating findings to stakeholders and applying data-driven insights to maximize revenue and profitability across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; master's degree is a plus.
• 3–5 years of pricing, revenue management, promotions, or analytics experience.
• Experience evaluating pricing, discounting, promotions, bundles, or subscription economics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Tableau; Python preferred.
• Healthcare pricing experience a plus; strong data governance.

Responsibilities

• Optimize pricing, discounting, promotions, and bundles across brands.
• Design, execute, and measure pricing tests with clear metrics and readouts.
• Review monthly performance against forecast and identify root causes.
• Develop forecasting models and targeted pricing strategies.
• Build foundational reporting, dashboards, and metrics for pricing economics.
• Analyze willingness-to-pay, customer segments, and offer responses.
• Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data availability for analysis.
