Job summary

The Aspen Group (TAG) is seeking a Senior Analyst, Capacity Management to optimize patient access and revenue across Aspen Dental, ClearChoice, WellNow, and Chapter Aesthetic Studio. You will lead forecasting, scheduling optimization, and demand modeling initiatives, partnering with Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations to drive measurable improvements.

In this role you will design scalable analytics, build dashboards, and develop playbooks for capacity planning.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in capacity optimization, supply/demand planning, revenue management, operations research, pricing, labor/workforce optimization, or network planning in multi-location services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or Statistics required; Master’s degree a plus.
• Experience working with data science/engineering teams to automate analytics processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL and a modern BI platform (Tableau, Looker).
• Familiarity with scripting (Python or R) or automation tools (DBT, Airflow) helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, scheduling optimization, and demand modeling initiatives across office, day, and hour levels.
• Build analytical frameworks for pricing, demand forecasting, scheduling, and access optimization.
• Identify revenue opportunities through data-driven analysis of booking trends, cancellations, no-shows, and utilization.
• Monitor demand and schedule availability using historical and future booking trends, pricing, and capacity factors.
• Develop forecasting, demand models, dashboards, and scenario analyses.
• Run experiments to evaluate new operational strategies and translate insights for leaders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale forecasting and optimization tools.
