The Partnership Strategy Senior Analyst will own the process discipline and governance frameworks that support the commercial operations of the Global Partnerships organization. This role is accountable for ensuring that pipeline, inventory, and approvals data is accurate, consistently maintained, and reported on a reliable cadence — producing the insights that inform leadership decisions. The Senior Analyst will also manage external tools and vendor relationships, serving as the primary point of accountability for operational process quality across the function.
Own process governance across pipeline, inventory, and approvals workflows — setting standards for how data is entered,maintained, andvalidatedacross the team
Produce regular pipeline, inventory, and approvals reporting for leadership on a consistent cadence, surfacingtrendsand flagging issues proactively
Develop, document, andmaintainprocess standards and governance frameworks that drive consistent operational discipline across thepartnershipsorganization
Manage external tools and vendor relationships that support the partnerships business, serving as the day-to-day point of contact and ensuring platforms are used effectively and consistently
Lead process training and onboarding for team members — ensuring adherence toestablishedworkflows and building capability across the function
Identifyprocess gaps and inefficiencies, working cross-functionally to implement improvements that enhance data quality and operational consistency
Support the broader partnerships strategy function with ad hoc analysis, data pulls, and reporting as needed to advance strategic initiatives
Serve as the internal authority on process standards and tools — acting as a resource for the team on best practices and governance requirements
Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.
4–6 years of relevant experience in business operations, commercial operations, or a comparable function — ideally within media, sports, or entertainment
Demonstrated experience owning operational processes and governance frameworks in a fast-paced commercial environment
Strong data literacy with the ability to produceaccurate, consistent reporting andidentifyquality issues before theyimpactdecision-making
Proficiencywith CRM, inventory management, or business intelligence tools; experience managing external vendor platforms is a plus
Highly detail-oriented witha strong senseof ownership over process quality and operational rigor
Strong organizational skills — comfortable building, documenting, and maintaining workflows in a structured and repeatable way
Effective cross-functional collaborator who can influence process adoption and drive improvements across teams
Clear communicator — able to train others on processes and translate operational requirements into plain language for varied audiences
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with a high bar for accuracy and consistency
