MSG Entertainment is hiring a Senior Coordinator, Business Solutions Media for Madison Square Garden to drive the Media Sales team through ideation, development, and execution of sellable platforms and sponsorship solutions. Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; 2–4 years experience in related field or internships.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
• Proficient writing and comprehension with ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.
• Comfortable in internal and client-facing meetings and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities of 2-3 Media Sales Account Executives.
• Assist in creating customized proposals and pitch decks for potential partners including storytelling and copywriting.
• Develop relationships with MSG Networks production, creative, programming, etc. to ensure approvals and execution of partner activations.
• Identify and research prospective advertisers, sponsors, and brand partners by monitoring industry trends.
• Brainstorm potential on-air partnerships for client proposals.
• Manage the process for pulling clips and proof of execution.
• Monitor and track inventory of on-air assets.
• Support the execution of campaign deliverables with timely assets and timelines.
• Partner with Knicks, Rangers, Islanders, and Devils sponsorship teams for cross-platform opportunities.
• Provide exceptional experiences for guests, partners, and team members on-site.
