Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Senior Analyst for Onboard Revenue Data & Analytics to build scalable analytics, develop predictive models, and drive revenue growth across Shorex and PCP.

You will migrate data from Oracle to the cloud platform, collaborate with IT and data teams, and create Power BI reports for the new reservation system, while mentoring the team in data science best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA or MS preferred.
• Experience in revenue management, pricing concepts strongly preferred.
• Experience in cruise, casino, hospitality or a similar industry preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, VBA, Alteryx is required.
• SAS, Essbase, Hyperion, and database management/administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and advanced analytics to forecast revenue, optimize pricing, and improve inventory management for Shorex and PCP.
• Collaborate with IT and the data engineering team to migrate to the Alpha Data platform, ensuring alignment with business needs, data integrity, and scalable architecture
• Develop Power BI Dashboards to replace all Hyperion queries.
• Engineer and maintain robust data pipelines using modern ETL tools and cloud platforms to support real-time and batch analytics.
• Develop New Data Objects and Power BI dashboards to pull data from the new reservation system.
• Assists Shorex and PCP in revenue generation by utilizing data and implementing a wide range of operational as well as analytical solutions.
