National Grid in New York is seeking a Senior Analyst for NY Strategy and Product Success. This hybrid role requires weekly in-office days and close collaboration with diverse internal and external stakeholders to advance vulnerable-customer programs.

You will design, develop, and implement programs and partnerships, focusing on affordability, enrollment, and customer experience in NY. Strong data skills and cross-functional coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of professional experience.
• Experience managing projects, programs or cross-functional workstreams.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience analyzing data and translating findings into recommendations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience in utilities, clean energy, customer affordability, public policy or regulated industries; New York preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Program and Project Management: manage programs from concept to implementation including strategy, design and continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with NY regulators, state agencies, other utilities and community organizations.
• Program Performance Support: develop and maintain program data, metrics, KPIs and reporting.
