You will design and implement programs for vulnerable customers, analyze program data, and translate findings into leadership recommendations while coordinating with regulators, agencies, and partners across New York.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3–5 years of related professional experience.
• Experience managing projects, programs or cross-functional workstreams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Manage programs end-to-end from concept through implementation.
• Coordinate with NY regulators, agencies, other utilities and community groups.
• Develop program performance data, KPIs, and leadership updates.
