Job summary

David Protein is building a new team in New York to own NetSuite and related systems across Finance, Supply Chain, and Retail. The Senior Analyst, Business Systems will be hands-on, maintaining NetSuite configurations, workflows, and data integrity while enabling cross-functional processes.

You will manage integrations (Tray.io, Supabase, Owlery.ai) and partner with consultants to scale the platform as the company grows in the CPG space.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a technical systems analyst, NetSuite consultant, or data architect supporting Finance/Supply Chain.
• Deep working knowledge of NetSuite ERP.
• Hands-on experience with integrations between NetSuite and tools (Tray.io, Supabase, etc.).
• Familiarity with supply chain and accounting operations.
• Strong communicator able to translate system complexity for cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset for an early-stage CPG company.
• Experience in a high-growth or operations-heavy environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own NetSuite administration: configuration, saved searches, reports, permissions.
• Test and deploy new features; manage UAT for updates.
• Support workflow automation and scripting troubleshooting (SuiteFlow/SuiteScript).
• Translate business needs into system requirements for Finance, Retail, and Supply Chain.
• Own data flows and integrations feeding NetSuite end-to-end (WMS, Tray.io, Owlery).
• Monitor integration health; troubleshoot sync issues; coordinate with vendors.
• Collaborate with managed-service partners as escalation is warranted.
