Job summary

Boston Consulting Group seeks a Senior Analyst for the Industrial Goods Practice with a mining focus. You will deliver metals & mining expertise to case and proposal teams, helping to structure and solve complex issues across global clients.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, leverage external databases, and contribute to knowledge assets while working in a collaborative environment. Fluency in English is required, with 3–4+ years of consulting or 2+ years in industry.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of consulting experience in relevant metals & mining space required; candidates with consulting experience preferred
• In lieu of consulting experience, 2+ years minimum industry experience required; 3-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
• High proficiency in Excel, including complex modelling and data analysis
• Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
• Fluency in English;
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment

Responsibilities

• Provide metals & mining expertise and insights to case and proposal teams
• Serve as thought partner and content expert to case teams and sector leaders
• Help structure and solve complex issues
• Identify highest-value opportunities for Industrial Goods clients and transform their enterprises
• Collaborate across BCG to bring expertise to clients
