Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in metallurgical engineering, materials science, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of metals market strategy, commercial due diligence, CAPEX evaluation or consulting.
• Experience with complex datasets including time series data, financial statements, or market benchmarks.
• Excellent organizational capabilities and ability to work independently.
• Proficient in data-driven decision making with clear reasoning.
• Ability to produce work-product outputs such as PowerPoint decks and Excel models.
• Exceptional time management in a largely autonomous environment.
• Willingness to travel and work in varied environments (factories, mines).
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and local office language(s).

Responsibilities

• Identify issues, form hypotheses, and design analyses for client engagements.
• Synthesize conclusions into actionable recommendations and help implement change with clients.
• Lead or contribute to knowledge development to expand metals capabilities.
• Develop and maintain a strong internal reputation and network with client teams.
• Work with teams on strategy, operations, and due diligence; deploy AI and digital analytics to improve processes.
