You will leverage AI and analytics to improve plant processes and drive value for clients, collaborating with leaders and teams across the firm. Strong communication and a track record in metals are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with excellent academic record in metallurgical/materials/chemical/ mechanical engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of metals market strategy, due diligence, CAPEX evaluation, or consulting experience; steel/aluminum/copper exposure a plus.
• Experience handling complex datasets (time series, financial statements, benchmarks).
• Strong organization, independent task management, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Identify issues, form hypotheses, design analyses, and synthesize recommendations for clients.
• Lead or contribute to knowledge development to expand metals capabilities.
• Communicate findings to client teams and leadership; participate in client discussions and presentations.
• Help implement changes and build internal reputation and networks.
