Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Raritan, New Jersey, seeks a Senior Analyst to support the Optimize Transformation PMO for MedTech Quality. The role focuses on portfolio governance, financial oversight, and reporting, with partial US remote consideration.

Duration-based assignment through December 31, 2028, reporting to the Director, MedTech Quality PMO. The candidate will partner with BU partners, provide executive-ready analyses, and help implement the OnePlan system across the MedTech Quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, science, engineering, finance or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in QA within regulated industry.
• Experience with portfolio governance, financial management, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Optimize Transformation portfolio baseline with scope, milestones, and ownership.
• Monitor portfolio execution, investments, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues as needed.
• Develop dashboards and monthly executive reviews for portfolio progress and benefits.
• Support OnePlan configuration, data readiness, testing, deployment, and adoption.
