Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Technical Product Owner - Data & Analytics in New Brunswick, NJ. You will lead the design, build, and operation of integrated data and analytics solutions across finance, external, and operational data streams during a transformative Medtech agenda.

You will define strategy with leadership, oversee KPI-driven value realization, and drive agile, human-centered design while partnering with global teams and vendor partners to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of deep experience in Data Modeling, including significant experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven track record in large-scale ERP implementations, ideally with SAP S/4HANA.
• 10+ years of experience in implementing and maintaining Data Management and Reporting solutions.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience fostering methodologies and cultures that promote high-performing teams.
• Proficiency with JIRA and SDLC.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain or Finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Define functional design by merging business objectives with innovative technology solutions.
• Oversee the design, build, and operation of integrated data and analytics solutions for finance, external, and operational data.
• Collaborate with leadership to formulate finance strategy, roadmaps, and KPIs with measurable value realization.
• Ensure product development incorporates experimentation, human-centered design, and agile practices.
• Partner with Business Process Owner teams and finance/technology staff across all stages of product development.
• Align roadmaps with finance business strategies, technology strategies, and value creation objectives.
• Engage with vendor partners throughout product development and apply best practices.
