Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the Optimize Transformation portfolio baseline with defined scope, milestones, ownership, and dependencies.
• Monitor portfolio execution, investments, savings, risks, and dependencies; address data quality gaps.
• Develop dashboards and monthly reviews communicating progress, financials, risks, and benefits.
• Coordinate with BU partners and Transformation Office Finance to validate results and reconcile variance.
