Job summary

ALM First Group seeks a Senior Analyst in Structured Finance to own end-to-end loan transaction analysis, from tape review to pricing and client delivery. You’ll build cash flow models, construct pools, and price deals while evaluating market trends and liquidity needs.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, advanced Excel, and the ability to work autonomously with cross-functional teams. Collaboration with the MD and LTN team is essential for strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in loan portfolio analysis, cash flow modeling, or credit analysis.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; SQL or data tools a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, data science, or related quantitative field.
• Ability to independently manage multiple live transactions and communicate analysis clearly.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate credit characteristics of loan portfolios across asset classes.
• Build and run cash flow models to produce pricing and structural analysis.
• Construct loan pools aligned with buyer participation interests.
• Price loan pools and track market demand and liquidity needs.
• Maintain modeling assumptions and methodologies as market conditions evolve.
• Develop new models and frameworks for new asset classes.
• Support client questions and decision-making on transactions.
• Collaborate on deal strategy with Managing Director and LTN team.
• Contribute to internal tools and process improvements.
