Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in testing, automation, quality assurance, data analysis, or related areas.
• Strong Python programming skills for automation, scripting, and app development.
• Strong SQL expertise for data analysis, validation, and reporting.
• Experience building AI-driven solutions and using AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
• Experience creating Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support automation solutions, testing frameworks, and lightweight apps using Python.
• Create and optimize SQL queries for data analysis, validation, reporting, and defect investigation.
• Build Power BI dashboards and reports to provide insights into testing, defects, and performance metrics.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and increase productivity.
• Validate claims and benefits data to ensure business requirements and quality standards are met.
• Perform root cause analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to streamline processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Mentor team members and communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
