Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Analyst - Business Analytics to join the Aetna Testing Center of Excellence. The role focuses on scalable automation, data analytics, and high-quality testing across healthcare benefits and claims platforms.

You will collaborate with Testing SMEs, Testers, Quality Engineers, and Reporting teams to impact operational quality and defect leakage prevention while leveraging Python, SQL, and Power BI for actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in testing, automation, quality assurance, data analysis, or related areas.
• Strong Python programming skills, including automation, scripting, and application development.
• Strong SQL expertise with experience analyzing and validating large datasets.
• Experience building AI-driven solutions and using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
• Experience creating Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support automation solutions, testing frameworks, and lightweight applications using Python.
• Create and optimize SQL queries for data analysis, validation, reporting, and defect investigation.
• Build Power BI dashboards and reports to provide insights into testing, defects, and performance metrics.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and increase productivity.
• Validate claims and benefits data to ensure business requirements and quality standards are met.
• Perform root cause analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to streamline processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Mentor team members and communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
