Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst - Business Analytics within the Aetna Testing Center of Excellence to deliver scalable automation solutions, data analytics, and high-quality testing outcomes across healthcare benefits and claims platforms.

You will collaborate with testing SMEs, testers, QA engineers and reporting teams, using Python, SQL and Power BI to drive automation, data validation and actionable insights while mentoring colleagues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in testing, automation, quality assurance, data analysis, or related areas.
• Strong Python programming skills, including automation, scripting, and application development.
• Strong SQL expertise with experience analyzing and validating large datasets.
• Experience building AI-driven solutions and using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
• Experience creating Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support automation solutions, testing frameworks, and lightweight applications using Python.
• Create and optimize SQL queries for data analysis, validation, reporting, and defect investigation.
• Build Power BI dashboards and reports to provide insights into testing, defects, and performance metrics.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and increase productivity.
• Validate claims and benefits data to ensure business requirements and quality standards are met.
• Perform root cause analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to streamline processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Mentor team members and communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
