Job summary

CVS Health Corporation's Aetna Testing Center of Excellence is seeking a Senior Analyst - Business Analytics to design, develop, and support automation solutions, data analytics, and testing outcomes across Medicare and Commercial platforms.

You will build Python automation, optimize SQL queries, create Power BI dashboards, and leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, validate claims data, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in testing, automation, data analysis, or related areas.
• Strong Python programming skills for automation and development.
• Strong SQL expertise for data analysis, validation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support automation solutions, testing frameworks, and lightweight apps using Python.
• Create and optimize SQL queries for data analysis, validation, reporting, and defect investigation.
