Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst - Business Analytics to join the Aetna Testing Center of Excellence. You will design automation, build data dashboards, and apply AI-assisted development to improve testing quality across Medicare and Commercial lines.

You will collaborate with testing SMEs, QA, and reporting teams, translate findings to leadership, and mentor colleagues while delivering scalable analytics solutions in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in testing, automation, data analysis, or related areas.
• Strong Python programming for automation and data tasks.
• SQL expertise for large dataset validation and reporting.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and BI dashboards.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and version control practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support automation solutions and testing frameworks using Python.
• Create and optimize SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and reporting.
• Build Power BI dashboards and reports for testing, defects, and performance insights.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to accelerate development and improve code quality.
• Validate claims and benefits data to meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Perform root cause analysis and identify process improvements.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to streamline processes and opportunities.
• Mentor teammates and communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
