Role Overview

At ClickUp, data drives our decision-making. Our teams rely on accurate, up-to-date data to measure success and build better products. The ideal candidate will have experience in A/B experimentation, strong SQL skills, and the ability to analyze data sources to answer challenging business and product questions.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute meaningful A/B tests, extracting insights from results.
• Partner with product managers and executives to influence product decisions through data insights.
• Translate loosely defined problems into practical analyses, providing data-driven recommendations.
• Understand user behavior and data nuances, effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.
• Develop a deep understanding of business performance drivers.
• Proactively identify needs and drive projects forward while supporting others.
• Utilize data tools such as Snowflake, SQL, DBT, Eppo, Segment, Amplitude, Hex, AWS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Senior Product Analyst or Data Scientist, with 2+ years in SaaS or product organizations.
• 2+ years experience in A/B experimentation, with strong statistical knowledge.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Proven ability to design, conduct, and interpret A/B tests.
• Understanding of software business principles and PLG metrics.
• Experience with experimentation and BI tools (e.g., Split, Eppo, Tableau, Looker).
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of Amplitude and event instrumentation.
• Experience with product-led growth and monetization strategies.
• Skills in building statistical models using Python or R.
