Job summary

First Stop Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to own the Member Growth Analytics scope, sitting at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Operations, and Analytics to understand how members engage with our virtual care platform.

You will query large datasets with SQL and Python, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and partner across teams to improve member engagement and health outcomes in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, data science, business, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in product analytics, growth analytics, BI or related roles.
• Experience partnering with Product, Marketing, and Operations.
• Healthcare analytics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the Member Growth Analytics scope across product and marketing.
• Analyze member behavior to identify engagement improvements.
• Explain analyses with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives.
