Job summary

Twin Health is seeking a Product Analyst to join our Data Platform team, focused on driving data-driven insights and product analytics that improve member outcomes and care team effectiveness. You will bridge our data engineering foundation with product and business units, collaborating to translate data into actionable opportunities across nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress domains.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 4–7 years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a similar role.
  • Experience partnering with Product Managers on strategy, roadmap, and execution.
  • Strong SQL skills - ability to write complex queries confidently and efficiently.
  • Experience with DBT for data modeling and transformation.
  • Proficiency with cloud data warehouses - Snowflake preferred.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as LightDash, Tableau, or equivalent.
  • Strong business acumen - connect data to product decisions and business outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams.
  • Bonus: Python for data analysis; Bonus: data pipeline tools.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Managers, Care Team leads, and Area owners to translate goals into measurable hypotheses and insights.
  • Design and evaluate experiments (A/B tests and beyond) to validate product hypotheses.
  • Partner with Product and ML teams to measure impact of new features and personalization systems.
  • Build and maintain dbt models, dashboards, and self-serve analytics tools.
  • Define, monitor, and communicate KPIs across product areas.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure a reliable data foundation.
  • Build data pipelines for analytics and insight generation using Python, dbt, Snowflake.
  • Develop data validation and monitoring strategies for data integrity.
  • Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain technical data documentation.
