• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to optimize business processes and systems by assessing needs and leading implementation of solutions.
• Develop and translate functional business requirements and system functionality.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot processes, including data integrity checks.
• Identify innovations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
• Develop organizational change management strategies including training and communication.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and process mapping.
• Lead testing and validation of processes and systems against requirements.
• Serve as liaison between business units, regions and IT; enable super-users through training.
• Train users on new processes and systems.
• Other incidental duties.
