Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering large-scale systems planning, design, and development projects.
• Experience with ERP integrations and data mapping.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and IT teams to modernize data usage and expose actionable insights enterprise-wide.
• Define initiatives, success metrics, and holistic plans in coordination with IT and business partners.
• Act as IT liaison to deliver top-tier IT services in an efficient manner.
• Prioritize initiatives to drive efficiencies and business value through technology.
• Define digital transformation initiatives to support company vision and priorities.
• Translate complex business problems into clear technical requirements and align stakeholders.
• Deliver scope, requirements analysis, design, risk analysis, and implementation plans.
• Communicate project status clearly to all stakeholders including risks and roadblocks.
• Lead change as a catalyst for business process and technical improvements across a matrix organization.
• Identify opportunities from industry trends to create value and competitive advantage.
• Engage as project manager when needed and align progress with strategic value.
• Partner with functions to understand needs and deliver value through IT solutions.
• Drive a data-first mentality and enable data-driven decision making.
