Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in accounting, finance, business administration, tax, law, or economics.
Licensed professional in tax or accounting field (CPA/EA/IPI) required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional services or tax services organization.

Responsibilities

Prepare complex financial closings and tax compliance filings.
Compile and evaluate data, computations and tax/accounting documentation.
Manage client relationships and ensure data quality; resolve issues.
Lead engagements and teams to deliver services on time and within scope.
Support business development through client interactions and proposals.
Develop and align cross-functional processes to support clients and internal teams.
Demonstrate deep technical excellence and broaden skills across capabilities.
Provide mentorship and leadership to team members.
