EY is a global professional services firm seeking a services manager for the Financial Services Organization (FSO) EDGE ITTS team in the US. You will lead collaborations on high-profile projects, provide strategic tax planning, and help clients achieve favorable outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Role requires 2–3 years of tax experience, strong communication skills, and ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
• 2–3 years of relevant tax experience in financial services or related fields.
• Excellent teamwork, leadership, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver tax compliance and consulting work for clients with a high degree of quality and attention to detail.
• Identify and communicate potential issues to support timely and accurate tax returns, research, accounting, and projects.
• Collaborate with clients and engagement teams, escalating complex matters to senior team members and subject-matter professionals as appropriate.
• Manage assigned workstreams independently while seeking guidance on complex or unique matters.
• Maintain regular communication with client tax liaisons and trust teams to support project execution and client service.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and internal team members.
• Coordinate engagement deliverables and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
• Contribute to the development of junior team members by sharing knowledge, providing support, and fostering collaboration.
