Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
• Be a licensed attorney, CPA, EA, or a certified member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional services or tax services organization.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in a balanced hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex financial closings, tax compliance filings and other business analysis.
• Coordinate data quality and client relationships; manage team performance.
• Lead engagements and teams to drive service quality and deliverables.
• Support acquisition of new clients through calls and presentations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to develop technical and leadership capabilities.
