Booking Holdings is seeking a Process Excellence professional to advance the GBS OpEx strategy and drive standardized, automated, and scalable processes across the organization. You will collaborate with Global Finance Transformation teams to improve efficiency and governance while delivering measurable cost reductions.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional influence, data analytics, and knowledge management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3–5 years of relevant consulting experience preferred.
• Experience with Signavio and Celonis process mining.
• Power BI and RPA familiarity.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support the foundational build and the expansion of the GBS OpEx strategy.
• Drive change through influence, relationships, communications, and execution.
• Develop standardized, streamlined, harmonized, and optimized processes with a focus on automation, scalability, and controls, working between the business and Financial Technology / Financial Systems.
• Support the Knowledge Management content and development of new content related to processes and operational excellence (OpEx).
• Create and support a culture of continuous improvement in collaboration with the VP and Sr Manager of GBS Operations.
• Support project scoping and planning by documenting project goals, requirements, KPIs, roadmap, and main deliverables.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodology and analytics to identify and improve business processes, leading to enhanced efficiency, reduced costs, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate technology solutions that support process optimization and drive innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives.
• Support and enhance the Knowledge Management content for GBS Operations – Process Excellence, including inventory and mapping of current‑state process maps, systems, taxonomies, tools, business process master lists, and repository governance.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a consulting environment, driving value and managing/supporting a wide range of initiatives.
• Experience leading through influence rather than positional power.
• Experience with Signavio and Celonis process mining tool implementations.
• Working knowledge of Power BI and RPA tools.
• Ability to work independently and lead process improvement initiatives from conception to implementation.
• Effective influence skills that contribute to collaborative environments.
• Robust analytical, presentation, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across different teams.
• Experience operating in and driving alignment and consensus in a complex, matrix environment.
• Experience working with global teams, capable of bringing together stakeholders to align requirements and drive improvements.
• Accommodation of meetings in different time zones, as needed.
• Familiarity with G‑Suite is a plus.

Preferred Experience and Certifications

• Green Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant certifications.
• PMP or related certifications.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range for Connecticut and the NYC‑metro area is $105,300‑$128,700. Eligible roles may also be considered for an annual bonus. The company offers a comprehensive benefits program that includes health and wellness benefits, tuition reimbursement, fitness reimbursement, discounts, and other perks.
