Job summary

Booking Holdings is seeking a seasoned program manager to support Global Business Services Operations during a finance transformation. You will scope, plan, and lead process improvement initiatives, focusing on standardization, optimization, and governance across global teams.

Responsibilities include driving Celonis-based projects, developing SOPs and playbooks, and delivering stakeholder-ready presentations. A strong communicator with cross‑functional experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience implementing Celonis on multiple systems (including system connections, creation of data models, and dashboards).
• 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a consulting environment driving value and managing/supporting a wide range of initiatives.
• Experience working as a program or project manager on prior transformations.
• Experience leading global strategic initiatives within a shared services environment undergoing a finance transformation.
• Ability to apply structured problem‑solving methods to address issues and drive root‑cause identification.
• Skilled communicator and proven relationship builder, able to operate within a multitude of formal and informal networks while managing competing interests of varied stakeholders.
• Ability to work successfully with consulting teams and strategic partners to maximize value and accelerate change.
• Experience operating in, and driving alignment and consensus in, a complex and matrix environment.
• Experience working with global teams, capable of bringing together stakeholders, aligning requirements, and driving improvements.
• Proven ability to interact with and influence peers and senior management in a complex, geographically dispersed organization.
• Excellent presentation (written and verbal), documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to accommodate meetings in different time zones, as needed.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with G‑Suite is a plus.
• PMP or related certifications are a plus.

• Lead project scoping and planning by documenting project goals, requirements, KPIs, roadmap, and main deliverables; track completion of project milestones and maintain project artifacts.
• Deliver presentations of materials to all levels of the organization.
• Execute or engage in all GBS Operations initiatives, primarily focused on Process Operational Excellence to increase efficiency and effectiveness, focusing on standardization, harmonization, streamlining, optimization, and control analysis of processes.
• Manage the project of Process Mining initiatives and lead pilot implementations of new document creation tools.
• Work closely with an integrated team to propose, design, and deploy process improvement activities and tools.
• Build and manage processes, business requirements, documentation, playbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and repository.
• Support and enhance Knowledge Management content for GBS Operations – Process Excellence, including inventory and mapping of current state process maps, systems, taxonomies, tools, business process master list, and governance of the repository.
• Collaborate with the VP and Senior Manager of GBS Operations to create and support a culture of continuous improvement, making it easier for people to work efficiently.

• Competitive base salary. In Connecticut and the NYC‑metro area, the base salary range is $132,300–$161,700.
