Job summary

Booking Holdings is seeking a Head of Finance Transformation & Data Analytics to build and lead a new Finance Operations & Data Analytics function for the newly established B2B business.

Reporting directly to the B2B CFO, this leader will establish the data, analytics, AI, and operational foundation to scale a multi‑billion‑dollar venture with timely, trusted insights and executive visibility.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in FP&A, finance transformation, enterprise performance management, or related disciplines.
• Experience in navigating complex, matrixed, fast-moving corporations.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; ability to translate finance data into actionable insights.
• Exposure to carve-outs or M&A is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the finance data and analytics strategy for the newly established B2B operating segment.
• Establish a centralized, trusted data repository supporting reporting, planning, forecasting, and analytics.
• Define and govern enterprise finance KPIs, data lineage, and reporting rules for consistency.
• Partner with ERP/enterprise applications and data engineering for a finance semantic layer and self-service analytics.
• Lead multi-year roadmap for data modernization, dashboards, and forecasting capabilities.
• Deliver scalable reporting with real-time visibility into performance and priorities.
• Develop executive dashboards and Board presentations with strategic decision support.
• Build and manage a high-performing Finance Ops & Data Analytics team.
