Job summary

The Carlyle Group seeks a Senior Analyst for the AlpInvest Fund Accounting Processes team in Washington, DC. You will support fund accounting workflows, investor reporting, and capital activity while coordinating with European teams and GTS to ensure timely resolutions.

You will drive process improvements, manage Investran and Appian BPM, and translate business needs into clear requirements for finance and technology stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in fund accounting or finance operations.
• Experience supporting development teams in agile environments and writing requirements.
• Experience engaging stakeholders across departments and seniority levels.

Responsibilities

• Support Fund Accounting systems and quarterly reporting workflows for AlpInvest funds.
• Triage incoming requests from European teams with urgency and clear timelines.
• Serve as subject matter expert in Fund and Investor Reporting for AlpInvest.
• Manage and enhance Investran and Appian BPM applications.
• Identify process gaps and automation opportunities to improve operations.
• Support change management through training and documentation.
