Job summary

The Carlyle Group is seeking a Manager of AlpInvest Accounting Policy to lead the technical accounting function across three platforms and integrate AlpInvest's processes into Carlyle's enterprise accounting framework.

Responsibilities include policy governance, research, and collaboration with internal teams and external auditors to address complex US GAAP matters and fund-level accounting structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance required.
• Concentration in accounting, finance or related field preferred.
• CPA designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as GAAP accounting liaison across Accounting Policy and AlpInvest teams.
• Standardize and maintain AlpInvest accounting policies and roll out updated guidance.
• Conduct technical accounting research and draft memos for external auditors.
