The role owns daily execution and production support of core workflows, investor capital account statements, quarterly reporting needs, and Capital Calls & Distributions, while driving process improvement specific to AlpInvest operations.Because AlpInvest stakeholders are primarily based in Europe, the role demands a proactive, urgency-driven approach: triaging requests early each business day and maintaining clear visibility into open items so stakeholders receive timely responses across the transatlantic gap. Working across AlpInvest end users, Global Technology Services (GTS), and cross-functional teams, the Senior Analyst serves as business/technology liaison, translating business needs into structured requirements and flagging production issues and dependencies before they escalate. Success requires strong planning, prioritization across concurrent workstreams, and sound judgment under pressure.
