What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop detailed budgets and forecasts for a segment of the P&L
- Analyze financial performance, identifying margin leakage and communicating findings to management
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess the financial impact of various business situations
- Establish processes, systems, tools, and reporting for financial planning and analysis to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Support management with data insights for critical business decisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or a related field (e.g., accounting, analytics, corporate strategy, consulting)
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, or other quantitatively oriented fields
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Strong outcomes orientation with the ability to deliver accurate and timely results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with technologies such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and SAP
- History of working with big data
