Position Summary

Analyzes operating expenses and prepares reports and recommendations for management. Develops forecasts and analyzes spending trends, headcount, and other business drivers to support financial planning and decision-making. Researches operational and economic trends to assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities. Creates financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate the impact of business decisions, organizational changes, and cost management initiatives. Partners with business leaders to monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support effective resource allocation.

What you will do

• Assists in the development and preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans by collaborating with stakeholders to gather inputs, analyze financial data, and provide recommendations for financial targets and resource allocation.
• Conducts in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis.
• Supports the forecasting process by analyzing trends, identifying key drivers, and preparing financial models to evaluate different scenarios and their impact on financial outcomes.
• Identifies areas of improvement, cost‑saving opportunities, and revenue enhancement strategies.
• Develops complex financial models to support strategic decision-making, investment analysis, and business planning.
• Implements improvements in forecasting methodologies, data collection, and analysis techniques to enhance forecasting capabilities.
• Identifies opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve efficiency, and enhance data accuracy.

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years work experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of S4/SAP
• Working knowledge of Anaplan
• Working knowledge of Workday

Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
