Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an accounting professional to support revenue or claim information, perform data gathering and analysis, and balance financial information. The role involves maintaining CMIS processes, problem solving, and collaborating with internal partners.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of related accounting experience, advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year recent and related accounting, banking, and/or expense processing experience or coursework in accounting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams).
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel (i.e.: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, large multiple data files, etc.).
• Ability to solve complex problems by applying knowledge and experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with others and provide professional customer service.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and resolves system error conditions within established unit time frames.
• Reports inventory and business activity results to unit supervisor in support of unit’s operating plan.
• Applies understanding of technical policies and procedures of own unit in the performance of specific job functions.
• Administers business procedures ensuring compliance requirements are satisfied.
• Maintains effective collaborative relationship with customers and internal business partners to maintain a high performance culture.
• Uses existing procedures to solve routine problems.

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $18.50 - $35.29 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
