Job summary

BBVA USA in New York is seeking a Senior Analyst for the Global Institutional Business NextGen Pool, focusing on Financial Sponsors, client coverage and deal execution across the GIB platform.

You will support Relationship Managers, prepare pitches, perform credit analyses, and coordinate with Risk, Legal, Operations and Product teams across the USA and beyond.

Fluency in English is required; strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and a background in Corporate Banking or Investment Banking are desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling and credit analysis skills.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers in client coverage, pitches and deal execution.
• Prepare transaction summaries and risk analyses for internal approvals.
• Coordinate with Risk, Legal, Operations and Product teams across geographies.
