Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate and/or investment banking related to Project Finance.
• Formal credit training a strong plus; Fluent in English; Spanish fluency a plus.

Responsibilities

• Helping underwriting, due diligence, and financial analysis of project finance opportunities in infrastructure and energy.
• Maintenance and assistance with internal apps for product and credit.
• Preparation of market material for client pitches.
• Preparation of Information Memos and Lender Presentations for lead role opportunities and coordination of bank meetings.
• Assistance in diligence and legal meetings and overseeing the structuring process through deal closing.
• Portfolio management and information reporting on in-progress transactions and closed deals, including interaction with finance on fee recognition.
