Cardinal Health is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis professional to consolidate monthly results for Presource Sourcing and provide insightful P&L analysis. You will partner with Accounting and the Presource Team to reconcile funding and rebates and prepare compelling monthly presentations.
The role requires 4+ years of experience in Presource or manufacturing costing, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with Anaplan, HFM, SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.
Financial Planning & Analysis provides strategic partnership and objective guidance to business units. It leads cross functional efforts to enable forward looking, actionable insights with a focus on driving strategic value that influences key business decisions.
Consolidate monthly financial results for leaders supporting Presource Sourcing with a focus on P&L results
Partner with Accounting / Presource Team to reconcile Supplier Funding and Rebates
Prepare monthly financial presentations including detailed driver analysis and understanding of business results
Partner cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
Assist with the quarterly forecasts and yearly budget processes
Manage multiple deliverables and deadlines concurrently
Support continuous improvement of new processes and work with key stakeholders to execute and maintain them
Work on Ad hoc requests and initiatives as required
4+ years of experience, preferred
3+ years working in Presource / Manufacturing costing environment, preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field, preferred, or equivalent work experience, preferred
Proficiency in Anaplan, HFM, SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, preferred
Experience working with large data sets, preferred
Experience building Power BI modules, preferred
Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects
May contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Works on complex projects of large scope
Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives
Completes work; independently receives general guidance on new projects
